They say things come in threes and this is the third accident in almost as many months for me. None at my fault or even preventable for the most part.

I was on vacation last week and hit a deer in the rental. Fortunately the damage wasn’t too bad as I am guessing I was going around 10 mph at the time of impact. I was so close to stopping in time and the deer got right back up and ran off. The car continued on for the remainder of the week and had a leaking tire for the entire trip that required a few refills. Hopefully this marks the end to my car troubles.

The others were being rear ended at a red light in July and an uninsured motorists who ran a red light and turned left in front of me in August.

My wife was on her way to work last night (3rd shift) and got passed on a two lane road because apparently she was accelerating from the 45 limit up the 55 limit too slowly... guy rounds the next corner and BAM.

Fucking COWS IN THE ROAD.

I need to get her a dashcam. She sees all the cool shit.

That’s amazing and you should . I could have avoided cows probably , but not a deer jumping out of the woods at night.

Someone I know recently hit a cow. It’s apparently a common thing, according to the cops. His car is udderly totaled but he was fine.
